Awlgrip Europe strengthens sales team

A world leading manufacturer of yacht coatings, Awlgrip Europe has reinforced its commitment to customer support with the newly created position of an After Sales Manager. Jeroen de Vries, who is already part of the strong European Sales Team and benefits from essential experience in his previous role as a Technical Sales Representative, assumes the new role and will offer a dedicated after sales service to customers within the European market.

As After Sales Manager, Jeroen will have regular contact with customers, including yacht crew and charter companies. He will be responsible for reporting back to the sales and technical representatives in response to customer expectations, customer satisfaction, project information and queries. In addition, Jeroen will be running specialist maintenance seminars for yacht crew.

In his new role within the Sales Team, Jeroen will also provide technical backup and assistance to customers as well as collate market information to identify and recognise customers' future requirements.

The European Sales Team continues to consist of nine team members: Jeroen de Vries, After Sales Manager; Andrey Legoshov, Technical Sales Representative; Colin Mercer, Yacht Sales Manager; Filip van de Walle, Area Sales Manager; Klaas Apperlo, New Build Manager; Peter Disselhorst, New Build Manager; Piet Smet, Area Sales Manager; Sergey Poltoraka, Technical Sales Representative; and Viktor Bulavka, Technical Sales Representative.
