Italian yard Azimut Yachts has released a video showing previously unseen details of its new superyacht model: the Azimut S10. First teased at last year's Milan Design Week and officially introduced during Cannes Yachting Festival 2018, the Azimut S10 is a collaboration between the Italian yard and Francesco Guida Design for the interiors and Alberto Mancini for the exterior design and is expected to hit the water this year.

Notably, Mancini's inspiration for the exterior design of the 28.7-metre vessel came from various sources, including the scale and elegance found on sailing superyachts, the architecture of a modern seaside villa and sporty lines from the world of supercars.Azimut S10 exterior design Photo: Azimut YachtsThese various inspirations can be found in the design of the aft beach club, flush decks and lowered amidships cockpit which will serve as the primary socialising area on board the Azimut S10. She also features fold-out terraces and exposed carbon fibre detailing on the pulpit and the central staircase. Azimut S10 exterior design Photo: Azimut Yachts
Inside, fully recessed doors and the use of similar materials and colours establishes a clear sense of continuity between the S10's interiors and her exterior areas.
