Launched on schedule in the heat of the Viareggio sun on Tuesday 26 July, Why Worry, the much-anticipated 43-metre Baglietto was revealed for the very first time before a select group of VIPs and owner friends.
A stunning Baglietto 43, and one of the latest additions to the YPI Brokerage for sale fleet, Why Worry is Hull 7 in a successful line of high performance and spacious yachts from the noted Italian builders.
“It’s great to see her launched and in the water,” says her YPI Broker, Mike Rich. “The christening was conducted by the owner’s representative Mafalda Lampreia to much cheering and applause.”
Revealed in all her glory with the signature all-white hull, Why Worry was completed to the highest specifications by Baglietto workers at the Rossi Navi shipyard in Viareggio, Italy. “She was a very impressive build” explains Mike, “and she has been project managed throughout the complete design and build process.”
The first sight most people will have of Why Worry will be at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show taking place between 21 – 24 September in the Port Hercules when YPI will be presenting the final finished product.
“We are very proud to be showing her at Monaco,” comments Mike. “Why Worry is quite special even compared to the other great hulls in the series. The owner has spent a lot of time and money on her look and feel. The superb Italian Designer, Francesco Paszkowski worked on the exteriors. The interiors, which make amazing use of stainless steel, back-lit alabaster and wengé, are by award-winning Portuguese design team SA Aranha & Vasconselos.”
Whilst retaining the renowned Baglietto 43 ‘sports yacht’ look, Why Worry offers guests an impressive amount of space. She is fully MCA compliant and can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 cabins together with a bridge deck study that converts to sleep one.
“She is packed with features,” adds Mike, “stern thrusters, an on-deck Jacuzzi pool and a lot of entertainment and IT technology. The Baglietto 43 models are very popular because they perform and they are well built.”
