Dutch stainless steel specialist Beekmans RVS has long been renowned for creating superior quality windshields for superyachts. Now the company has added another possible dimension to the premium stainless structure and curved glass: The installation of LED lighting in the windshield stanchions.
The fully seaworthy LEDs are available in all colours and offer an impressive touch to both the stanchions and the overall appearance of a yacht.
“We see these LEDs as a cool and sophisticated extra for places such as the sun deck,” explains Beekmans Sales Manager Mike Gilsing. “As there is such a wide spectrum of colours available, the stanchions can be individually treated to create something truly special and unique to the yacht. In addition to creating a distinctive atmosphere, the lights can also serve to make a superyacht more visible in a harbour or marina.”
