Jan Jaap Minnema of Fraser Yachts in Monaco tells us that Benetti project FB 255, sold by him in the spring of 2012, will be launched today. The 60 metre superyacht, named Formosa, will be lowered into the water later today.
Jan Jaap commented this morning "FB 255 is being launched today, precisely on schedule. The construction has gone very smoothly, much to the credit of Captain Sebastien Boutin together with his team, and Benetti".
Formosa will accommodate up to 12 guests, in a large upper deck forward owner's cabin, two main deck VIP cabins, and 3 lower deck guest cabins. The bridge deck houses a large pool aft, as well as a captain's cabin and a secretary's cabin.
