American owner commissions new 67m custom Benetti Project Fenestra

Together with brokerage firm Northrop & Johnson who introduced the client, Benetti has announced a new order for a 67-metre custom motor yacht named project Fenestra commissioned by an experienced American yachtsman. To be built as hull number FB278, project Fenestra’s exterior is the design work of Giorgio Cassetta while the inside of the vessel will be created by Benetti’s own Interior Style Department. Benetti FB278 Project Fenestra Photo: Benetti Yachts

“This order, following on the heels of the North American delivery of Spectre and Elaldrea+, is evidence of the American market’s growing interest in the Benetti brand”, stated Benetti CEO Franco Fusignani.

The vessel is designed to accommodate 14 guests in seven cabins along with 17 crew members in separate quarters which will be finished in a similar high-end style as found across the guest areas. Spread across six decks, Fenestra will come complete with a 1,600 square foot owner’s deck that includes its own lounge and bar with panoramic views, while on the sundeck guests get to enjoy a gym, steam room and Jacuzzi. An external steering position is also located here on the uppermost deck.
