Seen here recently arriving in Monaco’s Port Hercules, Metis was built for a German owner to a design by Giorgio Cassetta and Bannenberg & Rowell together with Birgit Otte. Inside, she accommodates up to 12 guests in six guest staterooms and a lavish owner’s apartment on the upper deck which walks out onto a touch-and-go helipad on the foredeck. Metis can cover a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles while maintaining a speed of 12 knots. Powered by her twin MTU 12V 4000 M53 engines, she can reach a top speed of up to 16 knots.
