The first Benetti Oasis 40M yacht Rebeca has been completed by the Italian shipyard in its new composite line of motor yachts of which another six units are currently under construction. The yacht was sold in July last year to former World Champion powerboat racer Tim Ciasulli and has recently been handed over to the American owner.Benetti Oasis 40m yacht Rebeca

At 41.1 metres in length, the new superyacht's exterior is the design work of British studio RWD while  Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture and Benetti's in-house design department are behind Rebeca's interior.Benetti Oasis 40m yacht RebecaBenetti Oasis 135 yacht exterior renderingsPhoto: Benetti Yachts

The American owner, who was represented by Merle Wood & Associates during the sale commented: “I’ve been going fast my whole life, so when it was time to build a yacht, I wanted to collaborate with a shipyard that shared the same core values that my wife and I believe in: integrity, passion and accountability!”Benetti 40M Oasis exterior design Photo: Benetti Spa

One of the many exterior highlights on Rebeca is the beach club setup at the stern where an infinity pool and fold-down side terraces creates a spacious relaxation area by the water’s edge. Benetti Oasis 40m yacht Rebeca

Performance-wise, the all-GRP 385 GT superyacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots and cruises at 12 knots, with a range of 4,000 nautical miles.Benetti Oasis 40m yacht Rebeca
