Istanbul-based shipbuilder Bilgin Yachts has unveiled the interior renderings of the second 49.95-metre Bilgin 163 yacht. The second hull is characterised by timeless, stylish and comfortable living areas with interior design by Hot Lab.
The Bilgin 163 superyacht features exterior design and naval architecture by Unique Yacht Design with interiors by the Hot Lab team, which used precious materials to create a modern, rich and warm interior design.

Photo: Bilgin YachtsThe 499 GT motor yacht includes small quantities of wood and natural leather in the interior living areas with a perfect combination of natural colours and materials to highlight the yacht's connection to the sea.

Photo: Bilgin YachtsThe Bilgin 163 is able to accommodate up to 12 guests across six staterooms with a balanced harmony created in the living areas, thanks to her natural colours, large windows and high-gloss materials.
Photo: Bilgin Yachts“The yacht has very generous head-height throughout the living areas, large windows and low bulwark lines that increase the visibility in the main living room,” added İsmail Şengün. The natural light illuminates each of the rooms and bridges the gap between her interior and exterior spaces.

Photo: Bilgin YachtsSome of the standout interior features of the Bilgin 163 yacht include the full-height round glass wall that separates the lobby from the main living room, her floating staircase, the skylight on the sundeck floor and a luxurious chandelier in the main lobby.
Photo: Bilgin YachtsWith this model, the designers wanted to rediscover the luxury of pure craftsmanship with attention to small details without relinquishing the use of precious materials. As a result, the Bilgin 163 has a rich and modern feel with sand-cream, light grey and off-white elements.
Photo: Bilgin YachtsThe Hot Lab team have used modern materials such as 3D massive woods, metal-mesh laminated glasses, chromed stainless steel elements, rich carpets and fabrics directly coming from the rich Italian textile heritage.
Emrecan Özgün of Unique Yacht Design has stated that the exterior areas of this model will also be larger than the yacht’s predecessors to give her a sporty look. Performance-wise, the Bilgin 163 yacht is equipped with twin 1,450 Caterpillar engines that provide her with a top speed of around 17 knots. 
Photo: Bilgin YachtsThe first two Bilgin 163 models are currently under construction at Bilgin’s Istanbul facility. The first hull has an expected delivery date of July 2023, with the second due in April 2024.
