Bluewater appoint new COO

Business

Bluewater has recently appointed a new Chief Operations Officer (COO). Sarah Corn joined the company in 2004 and has played a fundamental role in the development of Bluewater crew and training.

Starting as a training coordinator, Sarah was rapidly promoted to Training Department & Office Manager in the Antibes head office. This new position of COO has been created to give her full responsibility of all Training and Crew department operations, including logistics and profitability.

John Wyborn, Director of Bluewater, comments; “Sarah’s appointment represents a radical new development in the operation of the company. We have now grown to the point where we need a specialist manager to take control of day to day operations. This will free the directors of Bluewater to focus on their vision of making the Crew and Training department a significant player not only in the superyacht industry but in the wider field of commercial shipping.
