What is on offer?
Launched by the Finnish shipyard Nautor Swan in 2010, Nefertiti is a beautiful 27.71 metre sailing yacht. Constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure, she features naval architecture and exterior design by the renowned German Frers.
On board, she accommodates up to 11 guests over four luxurious and refreshingly light cabins in a layout that has been specifically optimised for guests without compromising her sailing performance.
The owner’s cabin is located forward, and features a queen size bed as well as space for relaxation. A double and a twin cabin are found forward amidships, whilst the final guest cabin is located aft amidships, and all three come with a Pullman berth. A crew of three are also accommodated for.
Commercially registered and built to MCA and Bureau Veritas classification, she is powered by a Perkins Sabre engine, she has a top speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Nefertiti has been kept in impeccable condition over the past five years, presenting potential owners with the unique opportunity to own a fantastic optimised Swan 90.
Amongst her achievements in the Mediterranean and Caribbean regatta scene, she took 1st place in the 2013 Swan Caribbean Challenge Trophy and out of eight Swans competing in a fleet of 53, she finished 5th in IRC overall on corrected time, proving her excellent performance capabilities.
