Here we take a look at the What, Why, Where and Who of some of the best brokerage deals currently on the market. This week we explore the 47.55-metre Lady Anastasia, currently for sale with Imperial and on display at the 2018 Monaco Yacht Show.Photo: Imperial YachtsWhat is on offer?
Delivered by Sensation Yachts of New Zealand, this four-deck superyacht has been sailing the ocean with style since 2001. Refitted in both 2010 and 2018, Lady Anastasia’s all-aluminium displacement hull is in ship shape and ready to cruise the world with her new owners. Photo: Imperial YachtsSensation Yachts handled the naval architecture, while the design studios of Ray Harvey fashioned the exterior finishing. All four decks of the superyacht have interiors penned by Donald Starkey, who has styled the yacht around an ‘Italian opera’ theme. Accommodating 10 guests in a five stateroom configuration, Lady Anastasia features a full beam owner’s suite forward on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck. Her owner’s suite also includes a full 8.5-metre beam en-suite centred around a marble-lined bathtub. One set of guest cabins can be transformed into one large VIP-style guest room, perfect for families onboard. Photo: Imperial YachtsLady Anastasia (ex. Aria) contains two CAT 3516B diesel engines, each capable of 2650 hp, which aid in her propulsion. At 12.5 knots, the superyacht has a range of 2860 nm and is capable of reaching a top speed of 18.2 knots. Below the waterline are Quantum zero-speed stabilisers for comfort at anchor. Furthermore, a captain’s cabin rests just behind the bridge, so guests can always have peace of mind. Why do we think this is such a good idea?
Thematically consistent, Lady Anastasia’s new owners will find elements of an Italian opera in even the smallest of details. A three-deck lobby greets guests on the main deck. To the right, is the owner’s cabin, which occupies the full width of the yacht, and continues all the way forward. To the left are the saloon and formal dining room table which seats 10.Photo: Imperial YachtsHead upstairs to the upper deck to find the bridge, captain’s cabin, a radio room, gym, pantry, and a full beam vista lounge. Large windows fill the lounge with daylight and illuminate the wet bar and writing desk located adjacent to the plush sofas. Step outside and find a club-shaped al-fresco sofa and a dining area. Travel up one deck further and spot the four-person jacuzzi surrounded by sunpads. From up there, Lady Anastasia’s new owners can sip on cocktails prepared by one of nine crew members, enjoy a freshly grilled steak (prepared on the outdoor grill ), and take in the 360-degree view. Additionally, the sundeck has deck space for a treadmill and stationary bike for outdoor workouts. Photo: Imperial YachtsThe lower deck houses all four guest bedrooms, engine room, lazarette, and crew area. Continuing with the theme, each of the guest rooms features a sub-theme and named after opera arias (un bel di vedremo, celeste aida, nessun dorma and o’mio babbino caro). In the lazarette are two Williams dieseljet tenders, two Seabobs, diving equipment and one jetski.Photo: Imperial YachtsWhere is she right now?
