In this series of articles, we take a look at the best brokerage deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at superyacht Maestro.
What is on offer?
Built in 2009 by Mondo Marine, 40 metre superyacht Maestro interior was designed by Luca Dini, who created an elegant, warm and welcoming ambiance throughout the vessel.
She easily accommodates up to 10 guests over five luxurious cabins, consisting of 3 double and two twin cabins. Powered by 2 x 1500 hp MTU engines, she has a cruising speed of 15 knots, with a maximum speed of 16.5 knots.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Maestro has just undergone a further price reduction of €600,000, taking her asking price down to €6,300,000.
She underwent a major refit in 2012 at a cost of around €1,500,000. Some of her extensive improvements include a foredeck renovation with the Jacuzzi being moved to the flybridge. The foredeck area now offers a spacious new sun pad and Bimini. In addition, the fly bridge was renovated where the Jacuzzi has been installed, adding new sun pads that can be converted into seating area with table. Doors that lead into the upper lounge/bar have been expanded to full beam width and the saloon has been fully refurbished. The swim platform has also been extended in size, and now features a transfers section that folds out and lowers onto the water.
She is RINA classified and commercially compliant, and boasts a state of the art construction with numerous features not found on any other Mondo Marine.
Where is she right now?
Maestro is located in the Western Mediterranean and is available for viewings at short notice.
