What is on offer?
The sailing yacht Ecolution was built by the Dutch shipyard Ecolutions, based in Groningen, the Netherlands. She measures 25.6 metres in length, with a beam of 5.9 metres and a sailing area of 290m2. On board, she accommodates up to eight guests in absolute comfort.
She boasts designs from the renowned Gerard Dijkstra, and is fully focused on sustainable yachting. Autonomy is achieved while sailing to generate substantial energy, with the vessels builders noting that only three to five days of sailing are required to live comfortably for up to three weeks on board. This energy is stored in batteries that also act as the boat’s ballast. For additional power and safety, Ecolution is also equipped with two 55kW diesel engines which run on bio-diesel.
