Brokerage deal of the week: the 26.75 metre GPS

Market

In this series of articles, we take a look at the best brokerage deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at the 26.75m superyacht GPS.

What is on offer?
Built in 2009 by renowned Italian shipyard San Lorenzo, GPS is a 26.75 metre superyacht. She accommodates up to eight guests over four luxurious cabins, and has space for up to 12 guests cruising, giving guests staying on board the opportunity to easily socialise and entertain with friends. Accommodation amidships consists of the aft master suite and a VIP stateroom forward. Both cabins are full beam and similar in size. A double cabin is located starboard, while a twin cabin is located port side. All guest accommodation features en suite facilities.

The interior decoration throughout is contemporary with glossy cherry wood paneling, off-white carpet throughout and movable furniture, allowing a level of customisation for the new owner.

GPS boasts spacious outside areas. On the aft deck a comfortable lounge area seating up to six people is found, where access is also found to the swim platform with shower and retractable swim ladder. The bow area contains an impressive sunbathing area for 2-3 people, and aft of the flybridge is an assortment of water toys and tenders including a Seabob F7, Project 4.20 metre tender, Bezenzoni crane and 2 Liferafts.

Why do we think this is such a great deal?
GPS has recently seen a price reduction of €700,000. She has only had one owner since her delivery, and has been very lightly used over the past five years, meaning that she has generated very low engine hours. She has also been kept in pristine condition throughout her lifetime, with her long standing captain ensuring her smooth running. She is a very family friendly yacht and has great potential for charter. Powered by 2x MTU 16V 2000 M92 engines, she has a maximum speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots.

With the recent price reduction of an impressive €700,000, GPS is currently the best deal available for a high quality San Lorenzo 88 yacht.

Where is she right now?
GPS is currently located in Cannes and is available to view throughout winter upon appointment.

Who to call?
The yacht is listed for sale by Neo Yachting at an asking price of €3,200,000 (VAT partially paid). Contact Samuel Le Gall at Neo Yachting for more information.
