In this series of articles, we take a look at the best superyacht deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at the 34 metre 378GT explorer vessel, Kirkland, listed for sale with Viare Yachts.
What is on offer?
This twin screw diesel displacement motor yacht was built by Brooke Yachts International Ltd. in 1993 and has since undergone substantial refits in 2000, 2002 with futher works in 2014, which included Lloyds special surveys. Kirkland is 34 metre long and can reach up to 10 knots cruising speed and 11.5 knots maximum speed.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
The elegant interior of this motor yacht was designed by Terence Disdale and features clearly separated guest and crew areas. Besides the bar in the main saloon, there is a sauna at the lower deck.
Kirkland is a high quality and strong explorer vessel with an all steel hull and superstructure. The exterior of this motor yacht features a welcoming entrance, fresco seating and entertaining options. The bow offers enough space for 2 large tenders, 3 jetskis and various more toys. For a yacht her size, she features exceptional exterior decks, which includes an expansive sundeck and spacious upper deck. The upper deck is the place where guests can relax and sunbathe during the day and dine at the big table for 12 in the evening.
There are also a jacuzzi, sunbathing areas, day head and exercise equipment, which are all located on the sundeck. She is Lloyds Classed and offered at € 4,950,000 (VAT paid).
Who to call?
Viare Yachts was recently appointed as the central agent for Kirkland.
