In this series of articles, we take a look at the best brokerage deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at the 34.75 metre luxury catamaran Che.
What is on offer?
Built in 2010 by Sunreef Yachts, the all-aluminium catamaran Che features elegant lines as well as a luxurious interior all from the Sunreef in-house team. Inside, her grey and ocean blue colour scheme creates a seamless connection between sea and earth and a peaceful, welcoming ambiance. Extensive use of glass in the main saloon adds to this, saturating the area with natural light and providing breathtaking views.
She accommodates a total of eight guests over four cabins, comprised of a large master suite in addition to three twin cabins. A crew of six are also accommodated for on board.
In terms of her performance, she is powered by twin 455 HP Cummins QSM 11 engines, which enable her to reach a cruising speed of 14 knots, with a maximum speed of 15 knots under sail.
Why do we think this is such a good deal?
A finalist in The World Superyacht Awards for the Best Sailing Yacht in her size range just a year after her launch, Che is certainly an eyecatcher, guaranteed to demand attention wherever she goes with her vibrant sail. With her cutting-edge carbon rig and multiple headsails, Che is equipped for challenging ocean passages, while her relatively shallow draft allows her to explore remote reefs and sandy bays with ease.
Furthermore, Che comes with a complete package of various water toys, including water skis, wake boards, kayaks, inflatable toys, diving equipment and snorkelling gear.
Where is she right now?
Che’s current owners are currently completing a world circumnavigation, which will conclude with a tour of the Mediterranean towards the end of this summer. She will be available for private viewings with two week’s notice.
