What is on offer?
Built by the renowned German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen in 1963, the 35.61 metre classic ketch Tiziana (ex: Tiziana Prima; Aspasia Alpha) features naval architecture and exterior design by Sparkman & Stephens. On board she accommodates up to 10 guests over five luxurious staterooms, as well as a crew of up to six. The full beam owner's cabin is located furthest aft, and features a walk around king size bed, two cedar lined closets, and a large en suite bathroom.
In regards to her performance, she is powered by MTU Series 60 engines, providing her with a maximum speed of 12 knots and a cruising speed of 9 knots. Constructed with a steel hull and teak superstructure, she is built to Lloyd’s Register classifications.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Tiziana underwent an extensive refit from 2005 to 2006 by the Dutch shipyard Vitters, which updated her inside and out, returning her to the former glory she experienced in the first years of her life when she was a regular host to celebrities along the Italian and French Rivieras.
She is currently in immaculate condition with much of the original style and character that made her so desirable in the first place. Moreover, Tiziana is highly suitable for use as a charter yacht as is evident from her impressive charter records.
Tiziana's saloon provides a fantastic panoramic view through large windows, and she also offers extensive entertainment equipment with flat screens in all cabins and the saloon, with iPads controlling the entertainment systems.
Outside, her cockpit is covered with a large bimini, and is equipped with two teak dining tables to enjoy the best of al fresco dining. The tables can also be conveniently lowered and covered with cushions to become a large sunbathing area.
