In this series of articles, we take a look at the best brokerage deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at the 36.9 metre superyacht Edesia.
What is on offer?
Built by the Italian shipyard Benetti and completed in 2014, Edesia measures 36.9 metres in length and is part of the renowned yard’s Benetti Classic 121 line of vessels. She features exterior design by Stefano Righini, with a crisp and sophisticated interior from Francois Zuretti.
On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over a total of five voluminous suites. The large master suite features his and hers walk-in dressing rooms and a spectacular panoramic view, whilst the two twin cabins include Pullman berths. Two VIP cabins are located port and starboard on the lower deck.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
The contemporary interior design on board Edesia sets her apart from most of her sister ships. The main saloon is bathed in light and offers a striking and comfortable ambiance, while the foredeck area has been redesigned to provide an incredibly spacious and sociable area.
In terms of her performance, she is powered by twin MTU engines which provide her with a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 13.5 knots and a range of 3,400 nm at a speed of 11 knots.
Where is she right now?
Edesia is currently located in the Mediterranean.
