What is on offer?
Built by the Hong Kong based shipyard, Kingship Yacht, and completed in 2012, the 41.9 metre steel and aluminium superyacht Star boasts naval architecture, exterior, and interior design all from the renowned Vripack team, with each piece of steel and aluminium individually cut in northern Europe before being shipped to Kingship for assembly.
On board she accommodates her guests over a five en suite cabin layout, consisting of two twin cabins and two double cabins on the lower deck in addition to the large master suite on the main deck. A key feature onboard Star is her tender storage aft on the main deck with reinforced davits built into the overheads. She is able to carry two 7 metre tenders, multiple jet skis, and a variety of toys. Once launched this space turns into an excellent lounge area great for entertaining.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Star is in fantastic condition following an extensive interior refit in 2014 as well as a complete exterior paint job that was recently completed, leaving her with a gleaming white superstructure and navy blue hull. Her interior work saw carpets replaced with herringbone hardwood floors in both the main salon and sky lounge, whilst the soft goods, fabrics, and window treatments where refreshed making her interior décor neutral, yet sophisticated and inviting.
In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin CAT C32 Acert engines of 750 hp each. This provides her with a top speed of 14 knots, a cruising speed of 11 knots, and a range of 4,500 nm.
