In this series of articles, we take a look at the best brokerage deals currently on the market, as judged by our very own editors. What, Why, Where and Who will form the basis of the articles. This week, we have taken a closer look at the 46 metre superyacht Sweet Doll.
What is on offer?
Custom built by the renowned Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts in 2003, the all aluminium superyacht Sweet Doll measures 46 metres. With naval architecture undertaken by the in-house team at Heesen, both her interior and exterior design comes from the drawing board of fellow Dutch brand Omega Architects.
On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over several well appointed staterooms, including a large master suite, a VIP cabin, and three double cabins - all of which feature luxurious en-suite facilities. A dedicated crew of nine are also accommodated for on board.
Why do we think this is such a great deal?
Sweet Doll underwent an extensive refit in 2007, and was again refitted in 2010, leaving her in fantastic condition. Her stand out area is certainly her flybridge, where a large Jacuzzi and ample sun pads are located, offering guests the opportunity to fully take advantage of life on board.
In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin 3,700hp MTU engines, providing her with a cruising speed of 18 knots, a maximum speed of 25 knots and a range of 3,400 nautical miles at 12 knots. She has a beam of 8.9 metres and a draught of 2.5 metres, an ultra-modern Zero-Speed stabilisation system and bow thrusters. Her shallow draught allows her to enter almost all superyacht marinas in the Mediterranean, and she is ABS Class.
Where is she right now?
Sweet Doll is currently lying in Port Hercules, Monaco.
