The superyacht on board entertainment specialists Mr. Smith have reported an action-packed past two months with the Dutch company’s LAVIE systems product range being implemented and delivered on no less than five yachts over this period. These vessels, ranging from 28 metres to 52 metres in length, benefitted from the user friendliness and easy installation that the LAVIE range presents and proves the product’s growing implementation into larger yachts in the industry.
Just ahead of the Monaco Yacht Show last year Mr. Smith announced that the LAVIE systems product range has been expanded with a newly developed app specifically for Apple TV in response to the need for a new, easy to use system.
In addition, the brand has also revealed an iPhone platform that is now even more user friendly with the use of smart graphics. An all new iWatch app has been created that can be installed onto one’s favourite new gadget, allowing you full control of all on board systems from your wrist.
The company reports that negations to have LAVIE installed on board two 60+ metre projects are currently in the pipeline. In addition to their increasing presence in the superyacht market, Mr. Smith is also working on a substantial residential project in the Middle East that will see over 100 luxury villas have their time-saving and value-for-money system make their way into these eclectic desert oases.
