BWA Yachting opens office in New England

BWA Yachting has opened an office in Rhode Island, New England. Based in the Newport Shipyard, BWA can now offer a full range of yacht support services for vessels cruising New England. The region offers state of the art shipyards, first class marina facilities and shore side attractions. Rhode Island, with its dramatic coastal scenery, is considered the yachting hub of the Northeast Seaboard and is a strategic preparation and embarkation point to the outlying areas of Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard and Block Island.

Stefano Tositti, CEO of BWA Yachting says, “Kristi has a tremendous amount of experience in the industry and most recently was the owner/operator of CCS Newport. Her prior experience includes nearly two decades working in the super yacht industry in Antigua where she managed Caribbean Concierge Services (CCS) and the AYC Marina, served as Secretariat of the Caribbean Sailing Association and as a Committee Member of the Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta. Kristi is also the researcher and writer of the New England and Bermuda regions for the Superyacht Services Guide. We are very pleased to welcome her to the group and to be able to offer services now in this strategic area of the Northeast.”

Kristi Chesher comments today, “After founding and managing CCS Newport for five years, I am very pleased to join the BWA group, and looking forward to the synergies and benefits that the BWA organization brings to the yachting industry. Having been committed to providing the highest quality services within our industry, I am excited for the growth that BWA will bring to the New England region”.
