Genç knows the company well as he has been with the company for more than 13 years and quickly climbed the ranks. Earlier this month, <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yacht-news/justin-ratcliffe-interviews-cagin-genc-ceo-of-sirena" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">Genç sat down with SuperYacht Times' Justin Ratcliffe</a> to detail this move and his vision for <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5271" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sirena Marine (Company)">Sirena Marine</a>. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/208271/image/large-b34bc8466169490b74bb2a742e5aebd4.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/208271">Çağın Genç initially joined the company as production manager, then plant director, followed by marine director, until being appointed as Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
