Camper & Nicholsons announce 4 new services

Camper & Nicholsons International has seen many developments over the past two years. Following the news of new ownership of Camper & Nicholsons International last year as well as the acquirement of a minority stake in the company by Fincantieri in May 2015 and the appointment of former Azimut CEO Paolo Casani as President, the brand announced yesterday four new service offerings for clients.

Camper & Nicholsons yard services powered by Fincantieri - Combining the commercial expertise of the Camper & Nicholsons sales and management teams with the technical, engineering and project management knowledge of Fincantieri, C&N will now provide clients with a refit and repair service in-house, with shipyard facilities available in both Genoa and Trieste.

Camper & Nicholsons financial services - Working with financial institutions around the world, Camper & Nicholsons Financial Services will offer pre-packaged financing solutions to clients wishing to purchase a yacht. This new division provides the sales team with another tool to help unlock sales which otherwise might not happen, and the ability to manage what can sometimes be a complex process in house so that the sales process is not disrupted by last-minute problems with the credit system.

Camper & Nicholsons insurance solutions - Camper & Nicholsons Insurance Solutions is a joint venture and will provide Camper & Nicholsons existing and new clients with a comprehensive marine insurance service.

Camper & Nicholson property - Camper & Nicholsons Property will provide clients with access to the finest properties around the world. This service will be launched in the summer of 2016 starting with a portfolio of villas in the South of France. From Chauffeur to Butler to Housekeeper to Chef, the full superyacht crew service that a charter client would normally expect on a superyacht will be mirrored in each villa.

C&N comment, “These additional service offerings will mean not only is it able reinforce the traditional business of brokerage, charter and management by offering existing clients more services in house, but also that the company will be able to bring on line new revenue streams and allow access to business areas and to clients that would not previously have engaged with Camper & Nicholsons. The future is very exciting!”
