Capital increase confirmed for Perini Navi

Business

A 15-million-euro capital increase has been confirmed by Italian super sailing yacht builder Perini Navi, provided by the shipyard's stakeholder Faper Group. As set out in the company’s 2014 business plan, the funds are destined to reinforce the shipyard’s production facilities which in turn is expected to strengthen the service and and refit department as well as improve commercial relations.

Fabio Boschi, Chairman of Perini Navi commented: “I am very satisfied and proud of the finalisation of this important operation. We have implemented a new more flexible organisational structure to be more efficient and efficacious within our value chain.”

As part of these implementations, a new Technical and Purchasing Director, Giorgio Ferlito, has joined the Perini Navi team.
