Carsten Haake has stepped down as Managing Director of Lloyd Investitions-und Verwaltungs GmbH with effect from 19 April, 2022. Haake has served as Managing Director for a number of companies in the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1075" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lloyd Werft (Company)">Lloyd Werft Group</a> since 2003, and has been a major player in shaping the companies he has directed.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/225186/image/large-3b2f32148dbf8e71a70deafcbbdd7ef5.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/225186">&nbsp;Since 2018, Haake has assumed the position of director of MV Werften Holdings Ltd., and was therefore a key representative of the former shareholder. This robust pipeline supports a promising outlook for the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6046" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Azimut-Benetti Group (Company)">Group</a>, with anticipated double-digit growth in the 2024-2025 financial year and a revenue target of €1.5 billion.These results validate the shipyard's product strategy, which has achieved success across all segments and key geographic areas. This is reflected in the group’s order backlog distribution: Europe accounts for 40%, the Americas for 37%, and the Middle East and Africa (MEA) along with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for 23%.€160 million in planned investment<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6046" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Azimut-Benetti Group (Company)">Azimut|Benetti Group</a> has initiated an investment plan valued at €160 million during the three-year period from 2025 to 2027, to support the company's strategic priorities. The primary objective, supported by an allocation of €99.3 million, is to expand the production capacity across all the group’s shipyards.
