Dutch brand CCS has revealed the amount of reports completed last year increased by a total of 17%, marking substantial growth for the Coating Consultants for superyachts. This was comprised of reports ranging from inspection reports and warranty surveys, to final surveys and tank inspection reports.
The leading paint experts in Holland attribute this success to their consultants, and the investment in training and qualifications the brand consistently provides. CCS elaborates: “Our consultants are the most important value of our company, and we invest deeply in each of them to ensure they always possess the most up-to-date training and certifications. Right now we have 11 coating consultants, having their Frosio/ RMCI/ NACE qualifications, and three of them have even achieved the IIMS Tech diploma's. Our consultants are available in the major refit and new build yards located all over the world, including USA, Spain, Germany, France, Italy, Greece, Dubai, Qatar and, of course, the Netherlands.”
Established in 1992, the company has used this investment in people to its best advantage, expanding the company over the past 25 years to now have the ability to inspect any yacht from 25 to 180-metres in length, and more than 1000 projects completed to date: from refits to new builds, from regular inspections to insurance surveys.
