50m flagship CdM Flexplorer 165 superyacht sold

Cantiere delle Marche (CdM) has announced the sale of a flagship 49.9-metre Flexplorer 165 superyacht.CdM Flexplorer 165 yacht profile renderingThe Flexplorer 165 yacht is the largest explorer yacht to date for the Italy-based shipyard and marks their sixth sale this year. “The news of the sale of the sixth explorer yacht in three months needs no further comment!” exclaimed Vasco Buonpensiere, co-founder and CEO of Cantiere delle Marche.

The Flexplorer 165 yacht features exterior design and naval architecture by Sergio Cutolo/Hydro Tec, alongside interior design by Hus Studio. Her interior will portray a timeless design, exuding elegance and sophistication, that captivates the senses and evokes a sense of refined luxury.

“What sets the Flexplorer 165 apart is not just her breathtaking design or state-of-the-art features, but the shipyard’s values she embodies,” added Ennio Cecchini, the company’s co-founder and President.

The Flexplorer 165 yacht will feature a large and powerful A-frame crane, with a lifting capacity of above 4.5 tonne to handle a large tender and multiple water toys. In terms of performance, the yacht will be propelled by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines.

“Today, the sale of the Flexplorer 165 represents a new chapter in Cantiere delle Marche prowess,” concluded Vasco Buonpensiere.
