CdM signs first custom superyacht: Acciaio 105

A recently signed new build project for Cantiere delle Marche will see the Italian shipyard deliver a 32 metre custom superyacht to a European client which was introduced to CdM by Arcon Yachts. The news comes after the shipyard announced the sale of another unit in their Darwin Class 102 line earlier this month.

The new project is said to be a new design by Hydro Tec – the company behind the proven Darwin Class series. The client’s interest in the world of explorer vessels and appreciation for technical aspects of of a yacht has been combined a new design with a more sensual and futuristic exterior than the existing models on offer by the yard. A challenging part of the project for the shipyard will be the introduction of a tender garage inside the yacht – an area which has up till now been dedicated to a large lazaretto and on board dive centre.

More details about the project is expected over the coming weeks.
