The 57.7-metre Limited Editions yacht is the first delivered from the Amels 188 design and is the world’s first Tier III compliant new-build. Featuring Amels' own hybrid switchboard and waste heat recovery systems, Volpini 2 aims to reduce the harmful NOX emissions in their engine exhaust gases by approximately 70% and help protect the world’s oceans.

SuperYacht Times has incorporated the loving our ocean theme into the evening’s entertainment - all of which has yet to be revealed. The special event will bring together key players in the industry to not only celebrate an intense and successful period of international yacht shows, but also to raise awareness concerning the health of our oceans in collaboration with Amels. “Owning a superyacht is fun, we’re in the fun business, but we’ve all witnessed a growing awareness of the threat that ocean pollution is to the long-term sustainability of our industry,” adds Victor Caminada, Amels and Damen Marketing Director.
