Cerri unveils new line of superyachts in Miami

Cantiere Navale Cerri has unveiled their latest superyacht project, at the Miami Yacht & Brokerage Boat Show. The 35 metre project is named after the main character of Jules Verne’s Around the World in Eighty Days, Phileas. The yacht is characterised by sober lines, modularity and versatility, designed by A. Vallicelli & C. Yacht Design. The hull was developed by Cerri's Technical Department.

The yacht will be highly customisable, clients can choose a 3-, 4- or 5-cabin layout, arranging the cabins depending on their specific needs and requirements, and clients can even have the possibility to have the yacht in Ice Class, or opt for hybrid engines.

We are really excited about this new project and, more in general, about the new course that Cerri has embarked upon", comments Cerri’s CEO Diego Michele Deprati. "Our objective is to offer a highly versatile and innovative product. Phileas is joining the niche segment of Explorer Yachts, but its limited size and essential lines make it truly unique. Even its name -Phileas- evokes (at least among those who still remember classical literature) a world of explorations and long voyages, adventure and life at sea: and this is exactly the philosophy that drove us, together with architect Vallicelli, towards this impressively charming project”.
