In this series of articles, we take a look at the best charter deals currently on offer in some of the best cruising hotspots of the world. What, Why, Where and Who forms the basis of the articles. This week we look at the 36-metre Midnight Sun, available for charter with bluewater this summer throughout the Mediterranean.

What is on offer?

Built by ISA Yachts in 2006 and undertaking an extensive refit completed in 2015,which saw zero speed fully electric CMC stablisers installed, the 36.45-metre uniquely golden-hulled superyacht Midnight Sun features exterior design from the drawing boards of Andrea Vallicelli, with sophisticated interior design from Cristiano Gatto Design.

On board she accommodates up to 10 guests over five generous en suite staterooms, consisting of a large split level owner’s suite, two double and two twin cabins - the latter two being conveniently convertible to suit guests and owner’s needs. In regards to her performance, she is powered by triple MTU 16V 2000 M91 engines, providing her with a top speed of 26 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots.

Why do we think this is such a good deal?

A charter experience on board Midnight Sun offers guests the very best of the superyacht lifestyle. One such element is found in her dining spaces on board: guests may opt for a formal dining experience in the main saloon or dine al fresco on the impressive flybridge. The enticing lounge area on the aft deck creates the perfect spot for your morning coffee and a further lounge area on the flybridge, surrounded by the impressive sunpads, offers an alternative for laid-back aperitifs and evening cocktails watching the sunset over Mediterranean waters.

Her well-appointed deck areas are designed for maximum flexibility, adaptable to every situation from private sunbathing to elegant cocktail parties. A refreshing Jacuzzi for the sun lovers completes the expansive deck facilities and the AV systems controlled via iPads.

When is she available?

Midnight Sun is available for charter this summer in a variety of spectacular destinations in the Mediterranean, including Corsica and Sardinia, the French Riviera and Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Weekly charter rates start at €88,000.
