This week we look at 90.1 metre superyacht Nero, which is now available for charter in the Virgin Islands throughout the New Year period.
What is on offer?
Completed in 2007 by Chinese shipyard Corsair Yachts, the 90.1 metre Nero is the only modern classic motor yacht of this size in existence. Embodying luxury and elegance, she offers guests the ideal environment to wind down in ultimate style in some of the world’s most stunning cruising grounds. She is admired for her beautiful lines and classic styling wherever she goes.
She accommodates up to 12 guests over 6 luxurious en suite cabins, consisting of two twin cabins and two spacious double cabins, a large VIP cabin and a magnificent owner’s suite. The massive owner’s suite includes a separate private sitting room and dining saloon, 2 ensuite bathrooms and a dressing room, and also includes private stairs to an observation lounge and cinema, office and guest W.C. A crew of 20 is also accommodated for, ensuring a relaxed and opulent stay on board.
Powered by 2 x MAK 9M20 main diesel engines, she has a maximum speed of 17.5 knots and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots.
Why do we think this is such a good deal?
With her exceptional design and quality of construction, every aspect of life on board has been painstakingly considered down to the smallest of details, making her the perfect vessel to experience the Caribbean, and a worthy winner of the 2009 ShowBoats Award in the category of Best Motor Yacht Over 75 Metres.
She offers incredible outside deck areas spread over four expansive decks which have been designed with the very best of entertainment in mind. On the foredeck a 5.7 metre swimming pool with a swim current machine is found, whilst on the sundeck, guests can relax and enjoy the views in a large Jacuzzi.
Earlier this year she enjoyed fully upgraded amenities, toys and AV systems - including a new large tender in addition to her two other existing tenders, the addition of an 8 metre slide, fly board and hover board and cinema projectors. Other toys on board vary from canoes and diving equipment to towing toys and a trampoline and an impressive total of five jetskis.
When is she available?
Nero is available from 30th December onwards. She is currently located in St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, though her charter destination is flexible.
