The 27-metre motor yacht Sound Waves has been sold in Florida, United States. The deal was concluded by Greg Halligan of 26 North Yachts who represented the seller.Sound Waves was built in 2013 by Cheoy Lee and features naval architecture and exterior design by M.G. Burvenich Designs. She can sleep up-to eight guests across her four staterooms, including a private master’s suite and a VIP stateroom, each complete with king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Her additional queen and twin staterooms also feature en suite bathrooms. Her interior features a main saloon and a formal dining room, with a bar area included. She has a second lounge area with a bar in her sky lounge. Sound Waves features ample outdoor entertainment space with an al fresco dining area aft, a large sundeck complete with a bar, barbecue and lounge area. She has additional sun loungers to her bow.Performance-wise, Sound Waves is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesel engines and can reach top speeds of 25 knots and a has a cruising speed of 20 knots.She was sold with a last known asking price of $3,150,000.
