Chinese shipbuilder, Heysea Yachts has sold their new Asteria 126 project to a local client, who, the yard has revealed to SYT, has also commissioned an Asteria 96 and a 25-metre Heysea model simultaneously.
The new composite Asteria 126 measures 38.4-metres in length and comes with a generous draft of 1.54 metres. Two Caterpillar C32 engines produce a top speed of22 knots and a range of 1,200 nm can be expected when cruising at 10 knots.
Other notable projects in build at Heysea include a 43-metre multihull superyacht along with its new 41-metre FRP 135 project, both expected to cruise in Pacific waters following their deliveries.
