As a current Christensen owner Mr Rosatti plans to keep his 157’ MY Nice N’Easy until the completion of hull 036 at which time it will become available for sale. Hull 036 is currently under construction and will be delivered in January of 2010. Mr Rosatti also retains slot #1 for the Custom 202’ Series that will be constructed at the Tennessee Facility.

The 160’ Custom Series has been designed and exterior styled by Christensen Shipyards. Powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 series engines, hull 036 will have a maximum speed of 18 knots, a cruising speed of 12 knots and a range of 4500 nm. The spacious hull, houses an elegant main deck owner stateroom and five guest accommodations, as well as crew’s quarters for up to ten, together with an elevator that services all levels.

John Rosatti states, “Me and my family and friend truly enjoyed the 157’ Nice N’ Easy the last two years. This summer we will have it in the Mediterranean the whole season. I intend on staying on there the whole time. Because of these precious experiences with such a dependable and refined yacht, I have chosen to build another interim 160 before I take delivery of the first Christensen 202’. It is truly enjoyable to work with a shipyard that listens to the customer and refines the product based on that valuable feedback we all give.”

“John Rosatti is truly one of a select few legends in the yachting industry. Having owned over fifteen yachts and several companies that built them, it’s very special that John decided to purchase his second Christensen in our 160 series. His tremendous faith in our product and our people goes hand-in-hand with his direct feedback in our product development as a current owner of a Christensen 157. There is no better type of feedback, than that of the end user, who is so knowledgeable in what the industry needs to provide to make the experience of owning yachts a pleasurable experience. It will truly be a repeat performance that all who are involved will be proud of.” Said Joe Foggia, President of Christensen Shipyards.

Designed and styled by Carol Williamson & Associates, the yacht will feature an elegant interior of raised panel joinery and custom stonework throughout. With over 6500 sq ft of interior space the 160’ tri-deck exemplifies the optimal use of space that Christensen is becoming renowned for. Hull 036 is fully classified and certified to ABS +A1-AMS & MCA Unlimited Cruising.
