The Christensen shipyard is currently working on a multipart ownership restructure, details of which will be released next week, Christensen President Joe F. Foggia tells SuperYachtTimes.com.
Details about the restructure are still unclear, although Foggia states "The restructure will be much better for the company’s growth".
The yard announced the signing of a contract for a Custom 164’ (50M) Series project in February, project Start One. The sale was completed during the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show.
According to our construction book, the yard is working on 8 different superyacht projects at this moment.
