The new Admiral 32 A New Star, hull #114, is a 32m planning motor yacht. She was launched in the first week of September 2007 and displayed for the first time at the Genoa Boat Show. Entirely built in aluminium alloy, the yacht is powered with two 2400 HP MTU 16V 2000 M93 and can achieve a speed of 30 knots. The V shaped hull is the result of the collaboration of CNL and Studio Bacigalupo, while the engineering is from CNL Technical Department.
Her exterior lines are perfectly in sync with the traditional Admiral style, even if the colour of hull & superstructure is a first: light blue grey. The interiors, born from the co-operation between Luca Dini and CNL Interiors Department, are very original: strongly contrasting colours - lacquered dark brown of walls versus pearl grey carpeting and opaque white ceiling – and striking use of white marble “crema luna” as decorative element on the floor and on central walls in the cabins, are everywhere.
All the furniture, even the dining table, bath cabinets and bed frames, are tailor-made and are all of the same material and colour: cleared oak essence coloured in pearl grey.
The main deck houses a huge salon with light grey sofas full of pillows with violet inserts matching with the pouf/table and dining area, which is divided by a low cabinet with plasma TV inside.
Forward on the main deck is the owner’s cabin with a huge walk-in closet and a bathroom all in “crema luna” marble. Noteworthy is the shower’s wall in glazed brushed laminate. On the lower deck, the opaque white lacquered galley – centrally located - separates the guest area from the crew. Guest cabins include a VIP with two beds and a roomy walk-in closet and two twins. Crew quarters include two cabins plus the captain’s cabin and a laundry area.
The fly-bridge is a spacious relax area, outfitted with lounge chairs, a bar in teak and a huge sofa with an up-and-down table. The garage is located in the stern equipped with jet-skis and a tender.
