Cogs4Cancer London to Antibes charity cycle gets underway

A group of 30 dedicate cyclists set off on a gruelling 1,400-kilometre journey from London to Antibes earlier this week in support of the Cogs4Cancer foundation. The cycle challenge aims to raise awareness and funds in aid of cancer charities across Europe.

Cogs4CancerWith around 1500km to cover in 10 days this is the biggest challenge so far for the C4C team, each of whom will ride the complete distance,” comments Cogs4Cancer foundation President Ben Young. “Our achievements so far have been pretty impressive with over €900,000 raised since we began for Cancer charities across Europe and we hope to smash through the €1,000,000 mark at some point in the near future.

Those still interested in taking part in the cycling action and support the cause are welcomed to join C4C Tribute Ride which takes place on the last day of the course, Friday 13 October which will see the group cross the finish line at the IYCA in Antibes. More details are available here below.
