60m superyacht Rock.It in Croatia

The 60m superyacht Rock.It, built by Feadship in 2014, is seen anchored here in Primosten, Croatia. 

Semar (Serveis Marítims Port Eivissa) has teamed up with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6623" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocibar (Company)">Ocibar</a> to renovate the yacht facility formerly known as La Marina de Valencia, converting it into Marina Port Valencia.&nbsp;Located in the northern part of the Port of Valencia, this project is being facilitated by two groups that specialise in benchmark yachting projects in the Mediterranean. The companies’ right to operate and manage the concession was signed earlier this week on 1 October. They will now develop and operate the project submitted to Valencia Port Authority for a minimum period of 35 years.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/331229/image/large-4e1695846313bf69f20dab3003726572.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/331229">The project includes three separate marinas - Marina Norte, Marina Sur and Marina City - and will renovate the entire site, breathing new life into it. The new Marina Valencia licence-holder is set to restore the “previous life and spirit” of the area, which once hosted the America’s cup, according to IPM Group.The renovation will see the facility be separated into four individual areas the first of which will consist of three marinas in the centre of the city for yachts between eight and 130-metres in length. The second section will comprise the construction of a refit and repair yard housing specialist companies.&nbsp;Moreover, the third section will include a leisure, dining, and entertainment area that merges with the locale, ensuring the marina is a popular venue for local, national, and international visitors. Lastly, the fourth section will feature an architecturally aesthetic area offering sea views, offices, and retail units, which will also be paired with parking spaces, bike lanes, jogging tracks, terraces, and landscaped gardens.&nbsp;“However, the project doesn’t just involve the revamp of the marina, but also includes the development of fascinating social, nautical, environmental and sporting proposals that will be rolled out as the whole project takes shape,” IPM group explains.&nbsp;
