At 49.9-metres in length, the Navetta 50 is the new flagship of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a>’s highly successful Navetta displacement line and will begin construction later this year.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235052/image/large-b68617e398a94fecacf3e6d9b92b7849.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235052">The Navetta 50 will be the first unit from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> to be constructed out of aluminium, instead of the traditional GRP that <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> is known for. The design of this 50-metre variant pivots around the bow and the owner’s area. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235053/image/large-7d6fb06f9a53d055df1e3c910a73614e.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235053">Rather than following the more traditional general arrangement with the owner’s area on the main deck, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> has moved the master suite to the bow of the upper deck, providing even more privacy and a forward-facing stateroom. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235061/image/large-93b154cc6c85f02e3e8df759b65cda9c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235061">“This is something that no one else has managed to do up to date and something that you normally see only on 65 to 70 metre yachts,” Filippo Salvetti, Founder of Studio Salvetti, and exterior designer of the series explained.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235063/image/large-be798dc5f70ea9f459987729f2cb10ce.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235063">In order to facilitate this raised owner’s deck, a semi-deck has been created between the main deck and upper deck – this is where the helm station is located. This caused a challenge for the team stylistically, as it threw interruptions into the traditional white lines that run from the bow to stern of the rest of the Navetta series. To facilitate this, the exterior styling had to be adapted.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235050/image/large-4f4bca0f90c10b71cb53986d2317b8a2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235050">Salvetti has introduced new lines to the Navetta 50 and pulled back the upper deck. The motives grew from the idea to offer the owner even more intimacy and impressive views from the master suite. The stern follows a similar design to that found on <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> superyachts, with a foldable aft section that opens up the beach club. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235064/image/large-c42e497c06a801f14cfff8aa07e541d1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235064"> <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5082" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (Company)">ACPV Architects</a> was enlisted to curate the interior spaces of the new flagship, and Patricia Viel, CEO of the Italian studio detailed the rich material palette that the Navetta 50 series will be furnished in during the conference. The studio has worked to give each deck its "own individual personality". The &nbsp;Navetta 50 will be a sub 500 GT motor yacht that offers accommodation for 10 guests and nine crew.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235054/image/large-4b5d037c4b51ac3a662d96b9c61144b2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235054"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235058/image/large-72807e81b39c9c5f73c7c1676fe4f323.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235058">Performance-wise, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> will equip the Navetta 50 with twin <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1408" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Caterpillar Inc (Company)">CAT</a> engines that deliver enough power for a top speed of 16 knots. When dialled back to more economical speeds, the Navetta 50 will boast an approximate 4,000 nautical mile range.In regards to sustainability, &nbsp;as the Navetta 50 will be constructed out of aluminium and not steel, she'll be around three times lighter – cutting consumption by around 10-15 percent compared with a similar steel-built yacht in terms of weight and length. The shipyard itself in Ancona is also championing sustainability and has a trigeneration plant in place, which reduces electricity consumption by up to 79 percent and saves approximately 32 percent of heat energy.&nbsp;&nbsp;<a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5082" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (Company)">ACPV Architects</a> has also written sustainability into the Navetta 50's interior design, opting for 100 percent recycled materials where possible, and where not the best sustainable solutions are used.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235062/image/large-8d50df98b8de81b0dbb4c6e8de2cae86.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235062"><a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> has already commenced construction of the first unit of the series, slating summer 2024 for delivery. Stefano de Vivo, Chief Commercial Officer <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4876" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ferretti Group (Company)">Ferretti Group</a>, said that this model is being built on speculation but has garnered some serious interest – “hopefully in the next couple of weeks you will hear that it’s sold,” Stefano de Vivo said. The second unit of the series will be delivered 10 months after the first, and then <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/112" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Custom Line Spa (Company)">Custom Line</a> expects to launch one every eight months following on.&nbsp;

SP92 is a cross between a large motorboat and a vast beach. Additionally, the flybridge features reverse glazing across the exterior profile for far-reaching views, accessible from the aft deck via two carbon-fibre exterior staircases.The second version of the model, known as the AB95 S, embodies the characteristics of a ‘racing car’, catering to owners who prioritise speed on the water, with a technologically advanced propulsion system. Initially unveiled in 2023 as the Lynx Yachts Adventure 24, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4433" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Outer Reef Yachts (Company)">Outer Reef</a>, which merged with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/3031" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lynx Yachts (Company)">Lynx Yachts</a> in September, has now unveiled new renderings of the model, renamed the Outer Reef 780 Adventure series.
