“The Navetta 33 will define the nautical landscape in the years to come with its irresistible beauty,” commented Ferretti Group CEO, Alberto Galassi at the launch of the first unit of Custom Line’s new generation Navetta 33 motor yacht in Ancona last week. The new model will be on display in both Cannes and Monaco later this year at the two respective yacht shows.
The Navetta 33 is another collaboration between the Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Italian design studio, Zuccon International Project. Five units of the 33 model have already been sold, and joins the Navetta 28 and 37-metre models under construction at the yard with a 42-metre edition under development. “Thanks to its special charm and its innovative features, cutting-edge technology and superior design, it outclasses every other boat within the same category," continued Galassi. "It’s essentially in a league of its own. I am not surprised that we’ve already sold 5 units ahead of its presentation.”
The new semi-displacement yacht will have a range of 2,000 nm and accommodate 10 guests in comfort thanks to improved stability and sea keeping capabilities. A special flexible joint in the transmission lines will absorb shaft vibrations along with other modern noise-dampening measures to ensure a pleasant ride for guests.
