Together with Azure Yacht Design and EYOS Expeditions, Damen Yachting has unveiled a refreshed SeaXplorer 77 that offers clients extended options in terms of layout, stowing capabilities and energy management. The yacht’s aft deck is now even more versatile and can be modified to deploy a seaplane or a seven-person submersible. Photo: Damen Yachting

Lifestyle areas too have been increased in the form of an upper deck pool area that is adjacent to the entertainment deck where up to 150 people can be hosted with a dedicated DJ and bar setup. Damen Yachting is offering all SeaXplorer models with an optional hybrid electric drive system with a battery bank for efficient cruising. Photo: Damen Yachting

“We are enormously proud of La Datcha as well as her SeaXplorer sisters,” says Managing Director Rose Damen. “When we started our ambitious SeaXplorer programme, we dreamed of something different – a luxury expedition yacht born from an innovative crossover of our Amels yachting and Damen shipbuilding technology. It was a challenging ambition, but our clients have proved that there is a growing market for true expedition yachting beyond limits.”Photo: Damen Yachting

As each SeaXplorer is highly customisable in terms of interior finish and style, Damen Yachting has also challenged Monaco Yacht Temptation and Winch Design to imagine potential interior areas of a future SeaXplorer 77 to showcase the platform’s capabilities. Photo: Monaco Yacht Temptation
