Currently taking place at Damen Yachting this week is the yard's first three-day private viewing event in Vlissingen, the Netherlands. The event stars the recently launched 77-metre La Datcha, 55.5-metre Blue Ocean, 62.5-metre Stardust and 74-metre Synthesis which are all show-ready for the yard's special guests to visit safely in respect of coronavirus regulations.
Select guests were also able to take a peek inside the sheds at what is currently in build, such as the 78-metre Amels Full Custom, which is taking the shape devised by Espen Oeino ahead of her 2021 delivery date. Also on site are two Amels Limited Editions 242 units and the soon-to-be-extended 83-metre Here Comes The Sun who is undergoing works with the yard's refit team. 
With superyacht show vibes in the air – complete with the trademark blue carpets usually seen along the dockside at shows such as the Monaco Yacht Show – Damen Yachting's Private View Event wasn't going to be missed by SuperYacht Times.
