Having departed Cantiere delle Marche’s shipyard in Ancona last week, the 32 metre superyacht Babbo has set her course for the Adriatic Sea were she will cruise the coasts of Croatia and Montenegro before carrying on to reach Greece and Turkey this summer season. Built for an American client, Babbo is the second hull in CDM’s Darwin Class 102 line after Acala'sintroduction to the industry last year.
Her interiors are a collaboration between the South American designer Simon Hamui on behalf of the owner, and the PFA studio from Fano. Great attention has been paid to the storage of toys and tenders on board, with dedicated space in the 25 sqm garage as well as the aft platform and upper deck, where tenders of 5 metres and 6.30 metres will be stored respectively.
Four units of the Darwin 102 Class have already been sold, with hulls three and four currently under construction.
