The first unit of the ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO, the 30.48-metre sport superyacht Aldabra, is due to premiere at the Cannes Yachting Show 2021. Following her launch this past May, ISA Yachts have released new details of the superyacht model.
The ISA Super Sportivo 100 GTO was envisaged several years ago by CEO of Palumbo Superyachts, Giuseppe Palumbo, who entrusted Marco Casali, the superyacht’s exterior designer, to lead the development of the line.
Aldabra was built in Ancona, Italy at the Palumbo Superyachts shipyard, where her exterior designer supervised the process. Her naval architecture was completed by her builder, ISA Yachts, while Marco Arnaboldi who specialises in performance boats, developed her water lines and aerodynamics. She is constructed with a GRP hull and superstructure, which reduces her overall weight and contributes to her ability for speed. She is outfitted with lightweight furniture, flooring, ceilings and decking. Performance-wise, Aldabra can reach a top speed of 55 knots, demonstrating her truly sporty-nature.
Aldabra can accommodate her guests across five double staterooms, which includes a full-beam owners suite, situated amidships and equipped with an en suite bathroom. She is operated by a crew of four.
Her cockpit and lower deck are finished in leather, carbon and steel, enhancing her contemporary style. Aldabra’s cockpit is enclosed with large but removable glass panels to ensure maximum comfort while underway or fresh air on board while at anchor. To port and starboard, there are two electric carbon lift tables, which serve as coffee or dining tables. This area, which also doubles as a lounge, is complete with four leather Frau Donald chairs.
Aldabra houses a 4-metre tender in her aft garage, which is hauled and launched through a tender slide system.
