The 20th Dubai International Boat Show that took place last week at the Dubai International Marine Club, has come to an end. More than 750 companies took part in the event from 46 different countries. There were 430 boats on display, including over 20 superyachts. Dubai International Boat Show: Video Day 4 

The <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Event/175" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Venice Boat Show - 2023">Venice Boat Show</a> is once again returning to the historic Arsenale of Venice from May 31 to June 4. The show is one of the leading exhibitions dedicated to the boating industry in the area and will feature over 220 exhibitors and 300 vessels. Today (18 May 2023) marks the second celebration for the International Day for Women in Maritime. The day celebrates women in the industry and is intended to promote recruitment, raise the profile of women in maritime and address the current gender imbalance in the maritime industry. In actual fact, the average length of the current in-build yachts in Turkey is 49 meters, with many of these yachts being motor yachts and motor-sailors as well as gulets. A noteworthy addition is the “shark tooth” motif, a design feature halfway along the side of the bridge deck that lends the yacht a powerful personality.
