After 15 years of experience as a yacht broker based primarily in the Mediterranean, Derk Jan Rolff decided to start his very own brokerage house in his native country of the Netherlands, and thus Holland Yacht Partners was born. The Dutch shipyards are strongly represented amongst the most prestigious builders of superyachts. As such, Holland Yacht Partners is specialised in the sales marketing of Dutch built yachts.
Today, Holland Yacht Partners cover five departments: brokerage, charter, management, new construction and refit. All of the company’s services are tailored to the individual’s requirements, and strive to offer clients the best that the Netherlands has to offer.
As part of the brokerage department, the company truly understands the complex mission concerning the purchase and marketing of a yacht. Their advice is centred on a custom based approach, varying from finding the perfect yacht, to helping with all after sales matters such as yacht management, maintenance and refits, charter marketing and crew placement.
Their charter service again looks at the individual requirements of the client, including budget, location, party and special wishes. From around 2000 yachts available worldwide, Holland Yacht Partners strive to choose the ideal vessel for each client.
Operating privately or commercially, the company can also assist with the management of any yacht, offering a full range of yacht management services, including technical and operational support, safety and security, administration, charter management, and crew payroll administration as well as VAT issues and insurance policies.
