Dynamiq unveils full Global explorer superyacht range

Since entering the explorer market with the 33-metre Global 330 earlier this year, the Monaco-based shipbuilder Dynamiq has unveiled its full Global range with four new additions; the 30.5-metre G300, 35-metre G350, 38-metre G380 and 44-metre G440. The Global range will be built at Dynamiq’s shipyard in Massa, Tuscany, and features dramatic yet functional exteriors by the yard’s in-house design studio Dobroserdov Design.Dynamiq Global 330 yacht exterior designPhoto: Dynamiq YachtsThe four new additions to the Dynamiq Global range of compact explorer vessels stay within the 30-44-metre length range yet their interior volume increases by about 100 GT with each step up in size. Sergei Dobroserdov, founder and CEO of Dynamiq, explained: “Following up on client requests, we have been looking at the explorer market for quite a while and this year we decided to come into the game with something completely different for our more adventurous owners. Instead of slow, steel-hulled explorers with the typical commercial styling, we drew on our forward-thinking approach to create a fast and modern series of vessels. We specifically designed the Global yachts to be below 45m to match a much broader type of client and their families. Moreover, thanks to their compact size they can truly explore and enter the small bays and inlets where bigger yachts can’t get near.” Dynamiq Yachts MYS 2019 Press ConferencePhoto: Dynamiq YachtsThe Dynamiq G300, with a volume of 200GT, features a transformable upper deck salon with a fireplace, a lower deck master cabin and an inflatable pool of 5x6 metres which can be attached to the stern of all the yachts in the Global range. Thanks to her lightweight hull, the G300 reaches a top speed of 19 knots and has a transatlantic range of 4000 nautical miles. Guests are accommodated in five cabins, with the owner housed in a full-beam master cabin with two fixed balconies on the main deck. Equipped with twin MAN V8 1200 engines, the G350 will have a top speed of 16 knots and economical fuel consumption of 62 litres per hour at 10 knots. Standout features include a master cabin with two fixed balconies, a wheelhouse with panoramic views, a beach club with sauna, a large sundeck and a long range of 4,500 nautical miles at cruising speed. Powered by MAN V8-1200 engines, she will reach a top speed of 17 knots and have a range of 5000 nautical miles at 10 knots. Like all of the yachts in the Global range, the G440 will be equipped with a DJI Drone, a 100-metre range ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) and a Premium Celestron telescope.

The aluminium fast-displacement hull of the Dynamiq Global range yachts has been developed by the Dutch naval architecture firm Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Managing director Perry van Oossanen commented: “Lightweight, round-bilge hulls with a fine entry are the best choice for long-range navigation if you want to travel in real comfort. That also means smaller engines, less consumption and more range. For the G350 we developed a special edition fast-displacement hull with a wide body, long roll period and an exceptional top speed for the size and type of vessel. By reducing pitching, our patented Hull Vane adds efficiency and even more comfort.” To enhance the onboard experience, the Global range also comes equipped with foiling technology that improves motion comfort.
